SheetMark

Terms of service

Effective August 30, 2026

These terms apply to the local Free label workflow and the one-time SheetMark Pro license for Windows.

Supplier and contact

SheetMark is supplied by Needly Labs. Contact needlylabs@gmail.com. Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for each paid transaction.

The product

SheetMark is local label-making software. It imports a CSV or TSV selected by the user; maps columns to barcode value, title, subtitle, and copies; validates supported codes; lays them out on a selected sheet; applies a user-controlled starting position and calibration; and exports PDF or SVG output on the device.

SheetMark does not print without the user's later action in the operating-system print workflow, update inventory, buy postage, submit source data, or promise that a code is suitable for a particular retailer, carrier, regulator, or scanner. The user must check the preview, physical dimensions, print scaling, and scanned result before relying on a production run.

Free and Pro limits

Free supports exports of up to 100 labels in one job. SheetMark Pro raises that limit to 2,000 labels in one job. Both editions use the same validation, preview, calibration, and local export workflow.

SheetMark Pro costs $39 USD one-time. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no automatic renewal. Paddle shows applicable tax, currency conversion, and the final total before payment is authorized.

License and devices

A completed eligible purchase grants one customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable SheetMark Pro license for personal or internal business use on up to three active Windows devices. The license has no recurring expiration while it remains active. It does not promise permanent compatibility with every future Windows release, printer, barcode requirement, or third-party service.

Online activation and periodic validation protect the device limit. After a successful online validation, the app may continue for up to 30 days without another successful check. The customer should deactivate a device before moving its seat when the old installation remains available.

The license key may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, published, bypassed, or used to evade a device or job limit. Needly Labs may suspend a license affected by a refund, charge reversal, fraud, abuse, or material breach.

Local data and providers

CSV/TSV contents, barcode values, captions, project data, previews, PDFs, and SVGs remain on the device as described in the privacy policy. Paddle processes purchase data. A product-isolated Needly Labs fulfillment service and Keygen process only the purchase, transaction, license, product, machine, and validation identifiers needed for delivery and activation.

Refunds and mandatory rights

Paddle handles eligible requests under the refund policy. A completed refund or charge reversal may deactivate the Pro entitlement. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Availability and responsibility

Source files, printers, stock, scanners, and barcode rules vary. Needly Labs may provide reliability, compatibility, and security updates, but does not promise that every file will import, every printer will align, or every code will scan in every downstream system. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
