Cancel a renewal

Use the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle's buyer portal to cancel before the next renewal. A cancellation prevents the next annual charge. Unless Paddle or applicable law says otherwise, Pro access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Request a refund

Start a request through Paddle.net or the support link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle assesses the request under itsrefund policy andbuyer terms, together with any mandatory law that applies to the purchase.

Annual subscriptions are not automatically prorated merely because they are cancelled partway through a billing period. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer right that applies in your country.

Non-delivery or a technical problem

If checkout completed but no license is shown, or a valid license cannot be activated on compatible hardware, email needlylabs@gmail.com. Include the Paddle transaction reference, but do not send card details, source text, questions, briefs, or your library passphrase.

Effect of cancellation or refund

A scheduled cancellation normally leaves Pro active through the paid period. An immediate cancellation, charge reversal, or refund may end the provider entitlement earlier. Existing encrypted projects remain stored in Chrome and can still be read, exported, or deleted; creating or changing Pro projects requires an active license.
