Common questions

Does the app change Shopify inventory?

No. It reads selected product and inventory data, calculates capacity, and sends operational alerts. The merchant remains in control of every inventory and storefront action.

Does it work with Shopify Bundles and manual kits?

Yes. Native Shopify Bundle recipes can be discovered and imported directly. A manual recipe flow supports kits, sets, and multipacks assembled outside Shopify Bundles.

How does multi-location inventory work?

The current release calculates from Shopify’s aggregate available inventory across locations. It does not yet apply a location-specific assembly or fulfillment policy.

What data does Needly Labs receive?

Store identity, the operational alert address, selected bundle recipes, aggregate inventory snapshots, statuses, and alert delivery state. The app does not read customers or orders.
