Email needlylabs@gmail.com. Include the store domain, approximate UTC time, bundle name, and visible error text. Do not email access tokens, passwords, payment details, customer records, or database exports.
Initial setup
- Install the app from Shopify and approve only Products (read) and Inventory (read).
- Confirm every component variant has Shopify inventory tracking enabled.
- Choose the sellable bundle product and all component variants.
- Set zero for break-only alerts or a higher non-negative warning threshold.
- Confirm the operational alert email in Settings and use invented data for the first test.
Status rules
Healthy means every component is above the threshold. At Risk means every component is above zero but the lowest is at or below the threshold.Broken means a component is zero or below, missing, unavailable, or no longer inventory tracked.
Safe recovery
Use Check now after reviewing Shopify inventory. It refreshes every mapping, retries failed operational email, and clears a failed inventory job only after a successful full check. The app never changes Shopify inventory, products, publication, orders, or customers.
Locations and quantities
Needly Bundle Break Alerts uses Shopify's aggregate variant inventory across locations. The quantity in an individual location webhook is only a trigger. V1 does not support a location-specific bundle policy.
