Stop retyping the same application details.

Get your first fill

1. Install Needly Autofill and open Set up local profile.
2. Add the details you repeat across applications. A CV is optional.
3. Choose Save data. The profile stays in this local Chrome profile.
4. Try the bundled local demo, or open a job application and select the Needly Autofill icon.
5. After the demo, pin Needly Autofill from Chrome's Extensions menu so it stays one click away.
6. On a real application, check the readiness preview, choose Fill application, and review every field and attachment before submitting.

Where it works

• Greenhouse and Lever: primary supported application systems.
• Workday and Ashby: support for recognizable application fields.
• Other ordinary job forms: open the popup to run a private, on-device check of the current tab. Needly Autofill requires clear job-application context and at least two distinct recognized fields before offering the Fill button.

Filling on another site is always current-tab and user-invoked. It never auto-fills there and does not grant persistent access to every website. Login, payment, non-job, browser-restricted, and low-confidence pages are rejected.

What always stays in your hands

Needly Autofill preserves existing values by default and never submits an application. Sensitive, demographic, legal, salary, work-authorization, consent, radio-button, checkbox, and other consequential choice questions stay manual. Employer-specific fields that cannot be matched confidently stay manual too.

When CV attachment is enabled, the saved file is attached only to a recognizable, empty CV or resume upload. An employer's application provider may upload it immediately, so always review the attachment.

If the on-demand Fill button does not appear

1. Confirm the page is an ordinary http or https job application, not a sign-in, checkout, browser settings, new-tab, or extension-store page.
2. Open the extension while the application tab is active. The form needs clear job context and at least two recognized profile fields.
3. If the form has just changed steps, refresh the page and open Needly Autofill again.
4. Use the local copy fallback for full name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn, or portfolio when a page cannot be recognized safely.
5. Try the bundled local demo. If that works, the employer's form likely uses markup Needly Autofill does not yet recognize.

If a field was not filled

1. Confirm the field is empty and the matching value is saved in your local profile.
2. Check the field plan or fill report. A field may be preserved, missing profile data, intentionally manual, or not matched.
3. For a reusable custom answer, enter it on the application, choose Review answers from this page, select it, and save it for an exact future match.
4. Refresh the application and try the manual Fill button once more.

If the fill report is available, you can choose Export private support report. Inspect the JSON before sharing it. It contains the extension version, application provider, page origin and path, visible field labels, and match decisions. It excludes saved profile values, entered answers, and CV contents.

Included fills

• The first 25 successful fill actions are free.
• The bundled local demo does not use a free fill.
• Previewing, reviewing, Undo, export, import, and deletion do not use a fill.

New purchases are temporarily unavailable, so there is no payment step to complete. Autofill pauses after the included allowance in the current Store release; profile editing, preview, Undo, export, import, and deletion remain available.

Local data and deletion

Open the extension settings to export or import your profile, remove or replace the CV, or clear all locally stored extension data. Uninstalling Needly Autofill also removes its local storage. Read the privacy policy for the complete explanation of page access and data use.
