Needly Autofill support
From install to a reviewed application.
Needly Autofill stores one reusable profile locally in Chrome, fills only fields it can recognize with confidence, and leaves submission to you.
Get started
- Install the extension and enter your reusable profile details.
- Choose Save data. Your data remains in this Chrome profile.
- Use the included local demo to check the filling behavior safely.
- Open a supported application and select Needly Autofill in Chrome.
- Choose Fill application, then review every field and attachment.
Supported application systems
- Greenhouse and Lever: primary supported systems.
- Workday and Ashby: early support for recognizable fields.
Employer-specific custom fields, demographic questions, legal answers, salary questions, consent, and final submission always remain manual.
If a field was not filled
- Confirm the field is empty and the relevant profile value is saved.
- Refresh the application page and try the manual Fill button again.
- Open the fill report to see whether the field was preserved or left manual.
- Choose Export private support report, inspect the JSON file, and attach it to an email only if you are comfortable sharing it.
The report includes the extension version, application provider, page origin and path, field labels, and match decisions. It excludes saved profile values, entered answers, and CV contents.
Local data and deletion
Open the extension settings to export, import, or clear all locally stored data. Uninstalling the extension also removes its local storage. Read the privacy policy for the complete data-use explanation.
