DueIn allocates managed lines after Shopify accepts the order. Shortages stay visible instead of silently moving promises.
Merchant controlled
Consequential actions stay visible.
- Draft, cancelled, arrived, unsynchronized, and zero-capacity records do not publish DueIn's preorder date or allocation eligibility.
- DueIn does not change Shopify inventory or impose a checkout quantity cap. Shopify accepts the order before DueIn allocates it.
- DueIn does not forecast supplier reliability or invent incoming quantities.
- Customers see supported dates, receive a transactional email when a promised date moves later, and can request cancellation in Shopify Customer Accounts.
- Shopify cancels and refunds only after authorized store staff distinctly confirms the full-order action.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or unrelated customer collection.
- DueIn requires a Shopify-supported preorder payment gateway; availability varies by region and Shopify eligibility. Its storefront block requires a compatible Online Store 2.0 theme.
