The product

PDF Anything is local conversion software for text-based PDFs. Its focused workflow extracts possible bank-statement transactions, keeps source evidence, lets the user edit or exclude rows, recalculates totals, checks opening balance plus movement against closing balance, and creates a selected output locally.

The free workflow handles one statement and creates evidence CSV and XLSX files. Windows Pro adds bounded multi-statement batches and QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, QBO, OFX, and QIF formats. It does not connect to or import into a bank or accounting service, categorize transactions, or make accounting, tax, payment, legal, or financial decisions. Image-only scans are not supported.

Price, payment, and renewal

PDF Anything Pro is offered at USD 69/year plus applicable tax. Paddle is the merchant of record and shows applicable tax, currency conversion, billing period, renewal terms, and the final total before you authorize payment.

When an annual subscription is offered, it renews automatically until cancelled before renewal. The Paddle buyer portal or receipt provides subscription management and cancellation. A scheduled cancellation normally leaves Pro active until the paid period ends.

Delivery and license

After a completed checkout, the success page provides a product-scoped license for activation in the Windows app. The plan permits one customer to activate up to three of that customer's Windows devices. The final device limit is the limit shown at checkout.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for personal or internal business use. You may not share, sell, sublicense, publish, bypass, or misuse the license key or disrupt licensing services.

Local data and third-party services

Document processing stays on the device as described in the privacy policy. Paddle handles checkout and subscription data. A narrow fulfillment service and Keygen handle only provider, license, installation, entitlement, and expiry identifiers. Those systems do not receive PDFs, passwords, transaction rows, source excerpts, corrections, export metadata, or output files.

Cancellation, refunds, and mandatory rights

Cancellation stops a future renewal; it is not automatically a refund. Paddle handles eligible requests under the refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Availability and responsibility

Bank layouts vary. PDF Anything does not promise that every statement will be readable or that every extracted value will be correct. You must review source evidence, resolve visible warnings, and validate downloaded files before using them in accounting, tax, payment, or financial systems.

Needly Labs may provide compatibility, security, and reliability updates and may suspend a license affected by cancellation, refund, fraud, abuse, or material breach. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
