Refund and cancellation policy

Subscription terms

Code Audit Studio Pro costs $12 USD per month for 50 completed reviews per calendar month. Access begins after purchase and renews monthly. There is no free trial, annual plan, usage overage charge, or seat minimum.

Cancel a renewal

Use the link in the Paddle receipt or Paddle's buyer portal to cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents the next monthly charge. Unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise, Pro normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Request a refund

Start a request through Paddle.net or the support link in the Paddle receipt. Paddle assesses requests under its refund policy and buyer terms together with any mandatory law that applies to the purchase.

A monthly subscription is not automatically prorated only because it is cancelled partway through the billing period. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer right that applies.

Non-delivery or a technical problem

If checkout completed but Pro is not shown on the associated account, email needlylabs@gmail.com. Include the Paddle transaction reference, Code Audit Studio request reference if available, and visible error text. Never send card details, source, reports, repository tokens, passwords, or other credentials.

Effect of cancellation or refund

A scheduled cancellation normally leaves Pro available through the paid period. An immediate cancellation, refund, charge reversal, or provider decision may end Pro earlier. The account returns to the Free monthly capacity; source and reports are not kept as product history to export or recover.
